プライバシーポリシー

本ポリシーは、ForkScan（以下「本アプリ」）が取得する情報、その利用目的、外部サービスへの送信、保存および削除について説明します。

本アプリは個人の栄養管理を支援するものであり、医療上の診断または助言を提供するものではありません。

1. 取得する情報

アカウントおよび連絡先情報

AppleまたはGoogleでのサインインにより、ユーザーID、名前、メールアドレス、プロフィール画像URL、認証情報を取得する場合があります。

健康・栄養関連情報

生年月日、性別、身長、現在および目標体重、活動レベル、目標、栄養目標、食事日時、食品名、量、カロリー、栄養素その他の健康関連情報を取得します。

ユーザーコンテンツ

食品の写真またはビデオ、食事の説明文、バーコード、AI解析結果、食事記録、お気に入り、その他ユーザーが本アプリに入力・保存する情報を取得します。

識別子および購入情報

ユーザーID、購入履歴、商品ID、サブスクリプションの状態・有効期限・更新状態、ストアから提供される購入確認情報を取得します。カード番号や銀行口座などの支払情報を本アプリが取得することはありません。

その他のデータ

選択言語、記録日時、AI解析の信頼度、利用中のOSやアプリバージョンなど、本アプリの提供と不具合対応に必要な情報を取得する場合があります。

本人確認、ログイン、アカウントおよびデータ同期の提供
食品画像・説明文・バーコードの解析と栄養情報の表示
個人の目標に応じた栄養目標、進捗、履歴の表示
Premiumサブスクリプション、無料トライアル、購入復元の提供
不正利用の防止、セキュリティ、障害調査、品質改善
ユーザーからの問い合わせおよびデータ削除依頼への対応

3. 外部サービス

本アプリは、機能提供のために以下の外部サービスを利用します。各事業者は、それぞれの規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を処理します。

Supabase 認証、データベース、Edge Functionsに使用します。アカウント、プロフィール、食事記録、栄養情報、購入状態を保存します。 Supabase Privacy

Apple / Google サインインおよびアプリ内購入の処理に使用します。決済情報は各ストアが直接処理し、本アプリは完全なカード情報を取得しません。

本アプリは、個人情報を販売しません。また、第三者広告の表示、データブローカーへの提供、他社のアプリやウェブサイトを横断する広告目的のトラッキングを行いません。法令に基づく場合、人の生命・安全を守るために必要な場合、または本ポリシーに記載したサービス提供者へ処理を委託する場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人データを第三者へ提供しません。

5. データの保存期間と削除

アカウントおよび食事記録は、本アプリの機能を提供するために必要な期間、またはアカウントが存在する期間保存します。購入記録、セキュリティ記録およびバックアップは、法令、不正防止、障害復旧などに必要な範囲で一定期間保持される場合があります。

ユーザーは、アプリ内の「プロフィール」>「アカウントとデータ」から、アカウント全体と関連するクラウドデータを削除できます。最終確認後、プロフィール、食事記録、お気に入り、体重記録およびアプリ内の購入状態キャッシュを削除します。法令上の保存義務がある情報や、Apple・Google・RevenueCatなど外部事業者が独自に保持する購入記録は、それぞれの規約に従って保持される場合があります。アカウント削除はストアのサブスクリプションを自動的に解約しません。

6. 安全管理

通信の暗号化、認証、アクセス制御、データベースの行単位アクセス制限など、個人データへの不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざん、紛失を防ぐための合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。ただし、インターネット上の通信または保存の完全な安全性を保証するものではありません。

7. ユーザーの選択と権利

ユーザーは、端末の設定からカメラや写真へのアクセス許可を変更できます。アプリ内で記録を編集・削除できるほか、適用される法令に従い、個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除その他の請求を行うことができます。

8. 未成年者

本アプリは18歳未満の方を対象としていません。18歳未満の方の個人データを保護者の同意なく取得したことが判明した場合は、削除に向けた対応を行います。

9. 国外での処理

外部サービスのサーバーが利用者の居住国以外にある場合、情報が国外で処理または保存されることがあります。その場合、適用される法令および各サービス事業者の保護措置に従って取り扱います。

10. 変更とサポート

機能、利用サービスまたは法令の変更に応じて本ポリシーを改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内または本ページで通知します。一般的な質問と不具合報告はForkScanサポートをご確認ください。

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information ForkScan (the “App”) collects, why it is used, which service providers process it, and how it is retained or deleted.

The App supports personal nutrition tracking and does not provide medical diagnosis or medical advice.

1. Information We Collect

Account and contact information: user ID, name, email address, profile image URL, authentication information, and Apple or Google sign-in provider.
Health and nutrition information: date of birth, gender, height, current and target weight, activity level, goals, nutrition targets, meal times, food names, portions, calories, and nutrient values.
User content: food photos or videos, meal descriptions, barcodes, AI analysis results, meal logs, favorites, and other information submitted to the App.
Identifiers and purchases: user ID, purchase history, product ID, subscription status, expiration and renewal status, and store-provided purchase validation data. The App does not receive complete payment-card or bank-account details.
Other data: preferred language, timestamps, AI confidence scores, operating system, and app version where needed to provide and troubleshoot the App.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to authenticate users, synchronize accounts and records, analyze food images and descriptions, calculate and display nutrition estimates and progress, provide Premium subscriptions and purchase restoration, prevent misuse, maintain security and reliability, improve the App, and respond to support or deletion requests.

3. Service Providers

Supabase: authentication, database storage, and Edge Functions for account, profile, meal, nutrition, and subscription data.
Google Gemini API: AI analysis of food images or meal descriptions. We do not intentionally send a user’s name or email address to Gemini for analysis.
RevenueCat: purchase validation, subscription status, entitlements, restoration, and purchase analytics. It processes user IDs and purchase history.
Open Food Facts: public product, image, and nutrition data returned from barcode lookups. Standard network information such as an IP address may be processed during requests.
Apple and Google: sign-in and in-app purchase processing. The applicable store processes payment details directly.

We do not sell personal data. The App does not display third-party advertising or track users across apps or websites for advertising. We disclose data only to the service providers described above, when required by law, to protect safety and security, or with the user’s consent.

5. Retention and Deletion

Account and meal data are retained while needed to provide the App or while an account remains active. Purchase, security, and backup records may be retained for a limited period where required for law, fraud prevention, or disaster recovery.

Users can delete their account and related cloud data from Profile > Account and data in the App. After final confirmation, ForkScan deletes the profile, meals, favorites, weight logs, and its subscription-status cache. Records independently retained by Apple, Google, RevenueCat, or another provider remain subject to that provider's terms or legal obligations. Deleting a ForkScan account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

6. Security

We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted communications, authentication, access controls, and row-level database restrictions. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Choices and Rights

Users can change camera and photo permissions in device settings and edit or delete records in the App. Subject to applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, or other rights concerning their personal data.

8. Children

The App is not directed to persons under 18. If we learn that personal data from a person under 18 was collected without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.

9. International Processing

Service providers may process or store information outside the user’s country of residence. Such processing is subject to applicable law and the safeguards maintained by those providers.

10. Changes and Support

We may update this policy when the App, our providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced in the App or on this page. See ForkScan Support for common questions and public issue reporting.
